This policy applies to any purchase option offered by Casa Di Canio, including subscriptions, recurring orders, pre-orders, bundles, promotional purchase plans, and any other purchase option available on our website.

Subscriptions

If subscriptions are offered, customers may cancel future subscription orders through their customer account or by contacting us at info@casadicanio.com before the next order is processed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal order is processed. Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a regular order under our Return and Refund Policy.

Pre-orders

If pre-orders are offered, estimated shipping dates are approximate and may change due to production, inventory, fulfillment, or carrier delays.

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before it ships. Once the pre-order has shipped, the order is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Bundles and promotional offers

Bundle discounts and promotional purchase options may be subject to specific terms.

If part of a bundle is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the regular price of the items kept by the customer. Promotional abuse, repeated cancellations, or misuse of discount offers may result in order cancellation, refund refusal, or refusal of future promotional purchases.

Failed payments

If a subscription or purchase option payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again.

If payment cannot be completed, the order or subscription may be cancelled.

Cancellation confirmation

A cancellation is not confirmed until the customer receives confirmation from Casa Di Canio.
