Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, launches, inventory delays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Casa Di Canio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Casa Di Canio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, front desks, or your local carrier office. We may assist with tracking information, but delivered packages are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@casadicanio.com.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
International shipping
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local delivery fees charged by their country.
Casa Di Canio is not responsible for customs delays, refused packages, import restrictions, or unpaid import charges.
Refused or returned shipments
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
