Thank you for shopping with Casa Di Canio. We want every customer to have a fair and clear experience, while also protecting our store from return abuse, false claims, and misuse of our policies.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unopened
Unused
In its original packaging
In the same condition in which it was received
Returned with any original seals, labels, inserts, or packaging included
Because Casa Di Canio sells personal grooming products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and product safety reasons.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened products
Used products
Products with broken seals or missing packaging
Products damaged after delivery
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
Gift cards
Final sale, clearance, promotional, or heavily discounted items
Orders returned without prior approval
How to request a return
To request a return, email us at info@casadicanio.com with:
Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The reason for the return
Photos of the unopened product, if requested
Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Casa Di Canio, such as receiving the wrong item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our store.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Casa Di Canio is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is opened, used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or not in its original condition.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us at info@casadicanio.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the shipping label
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Delivered packages
If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Casa Di Canio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.
Please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, front desks, or the carrier before contacting us.
We may assist with carrier information, but delivered packages are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.
Product results
Product results may vary depending on hair type, hair length, amount used, styling method, and application.
For best results, Terra Clay should be warmed thoroughly between the palms and applied to completely dry hair.
Dissatisfaction with styling results does not automatically qualify an opened or used product for return, but we will review all concerns fairly.
Return abuse and fraud prevention
Casa Di Canio reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, replacements, store credit, or future orders in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Repeated refund requests
False damaged-item claims
Claims that conflict with tracking or delivery confirmation
Empty package claims without supporting evidence
Chargeback abuse
Returning used, altered, or different products
Harassing, threatening, or abusive communication toward our team
We reserve the right to use order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy records as evidence in payment disputes or chargebacks.
